In the past fifty years, generation after generation of people from Qufu Normal University have been devoting themselves to the university. They carry our the teaching task, spread knowledge, and their enlightening influence will be felt forever. Among them, there are educators who stand on the platform, devote themselves, have pupils everywhere; there are scientists who are not afraid of hardships, they include famous scientist in every study field both domestic and abroad; there also is a large group of young and middle aged scholars who are full of vigor and vitality, and have great potential in academics.

    In the development of the university, we should take disciplinary construction as the leading force, and take building a high qualified teachers team as the focus of the work. The university is speeding up the training and importing highly qualified teachers. A “161” project has been carried out to develop and attract higher level and initiative teachers and researchers. It is striving to build a highly qualified team of teachers and researchers with reasonable structure, great enthusiasm, selfless devotion and large potential. At present, over 60% teachers have their master degrees.
